some guiding principles -

• gonna avoid ads. it impacts the content to an absurd degree. jeff gerstmann got fired from gamespot for giving kane and lynch a 6.
• premium as in public. premium, gated content doesn't help build community. will this mean fund drives like public radio? only if its funny. this content is supported by:

• community oriented. i hope to put the Fediverse to use and make it possible for community content to be featured, similar to the Game Informer forums of yesteryear. That said, I'm aiming to avoid Discord...invite only to a privately held platform isn't my thing.
• evolving. we're gonna be figuring this out. some of that will be informed by what we get into as a community, and that's cool! i have a lot of ideas.
